Just a word of thanks to all who have increased their giving in repsonse to my news of increasing the monthly rate to sponsor a child to £18. Thank-you also to those of you who have generously sent money for us to send a Christmas gift of food for each child and their families. They will get 1500,000 (~£5) worth of basic ingredients, probably including rice and sugar. 

Kisiizi jubliee celebrations went well, despite a very full hospital at the time. Sponsor a Nurse donated a cheque for £50,000 for 50 years of Kisiizi serving the community. The money will  be used towards building much needed staff accommodation. Thank-you to all who may have also donated to that cause.
