Reading University students to raise money

About thirty students from Reading University studying for an MSc in Real Estate, are taking on the Rob Roy Challenge in aid of Sponsor an Orphan.

The Rob Roy Challenge is a 55 mile race divided up into a 16 mile run followed by a 39 mile bike ride across the Highlands of Scotland, which this year will take place on 20 June.

The students hope to get support not only from their friends and families but also from links with the real estate industry and University Alumni.

The money raised from this event is going to be added to our  fund for supporting higher education. This year several students in Kisiizi are hoping to get good enough grades to be accepted into University courses so it is entirely fitting that higher education students in the UK can help to make the funds available to support those who are successful.

We will be reporting on their progress.
