Last month after torrential rain Kisiizi was awoken in the middle of the night as A huge mudslide fell onto the new electricity generator house. Thankfully nobody was hurt. The hospital was able to run the old,reserve, generator (with lots of power cuts) and the task of drying out the new one has begun, we have yet to hear if it is up and running again.
